The 25th World Scout Jamboree's neckerchief, which official neckerchief of the Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree, was hung on patriotic martyr, Lee Jun's neck and wished for the success of the Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree.
The 25th World Scout Jamboree, which will be held in Saemangeum on August 27, 2023 will be successful.

The 24th European Scout Regional Conference was held in Rotterdam from July 22 to 27, 2022 with 40 member countries including the host Netherlands. Korea which host the 25th World Scout Jamboree, made presentation the progress of the World Scout Jamboree at the Regional Conference on July 25 and urged European member countries to send a large number of Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree delegates by Simon Lee Hang-bok.

Seven peoples, including Chief Commissioner Simon Lee Hang-bok, Choi Chang-haeng, secretary general of the 25th World Scout Jamboree organizing committee, Cho Kyung-sik, director of the committee, and Kim Yu-bitnara etc set up booths to promote the 25th World Scout Jamboree and explained to European leaders who visited Korean Booth.

On the 27th, the Korean delegation visited the Yi Jun Peace Museum near Chinatown in the center of the Hague after Regional Conference. The 25th World Scout Jamboree's neckerchief which will be held at Saemangeum, was hung on patriotic martyr, Lee Jun's neck and wished for the success of the Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree.

Emperor Gojong appointed Lee Sang-seol, Lee Jun, and Lee Wi-jong, as special envoys to the Universal Peace Conference to inform the world of the injustice of Japan-Korea Treaty of 1905 and restore diplomatic rights. The dispatched envoys were scheduled to attend the Universal Peace Conference to inform the international community of Japan's tyranny, but failed to achieve their goal due to Japan's obstruction.

This is the site of the martyrdom of Yi Jun, which was then the Hotel Jong on July 14, 1907. Lee Ki-hang, CEO of Yi Jun Academy, opened the Yi Jun Peace Museum on August 5, 1995 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of liberation and the 88th anniversary of the martyrdom of Yi Jun and to further awaken the spirit of loving justice and peace.

The exhibition room was supplemented with the support of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and the Independence Hall of Korea to mark the 100th anniversary of the martyrdom of Yi Jun and reopened on July 14, 2007.

As the only of anti-Japanese independence movement site in Europe, it will be the spiritual home of Koreans who miss their country.
